Chicago, Dec. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.12 million of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due April 30, 2024 linked to the performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the ETF finishes at or above 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
