New Issue: JPMorgan prices $496,000 8% contingent interest notes on SPDR S&P 500

Chicago, Nov. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $496,000 of contingent interest notes due Jan. 18, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8% annualized, paid monthly, if the underlying fund closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date.

If the ETF gains or declines by no more than its 15% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
