New Issue: Citigroup prices $425,000 enhanced barrier digital plus securities on S&P ETF

Chicago, Sept. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $425,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Sept. 2, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes above its 80% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 15% digital payment and the ETF return. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the ETF.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
