Chicago, Aug. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $328,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due Aug. 29, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF gains the payout will be par plus the return capped at par plus 22.4%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the ETF return if the ETF declines but by no more than the 20% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
