New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.96 million 19.6% callable yield notes on two stocks, SPDR ETF

New York, Aug. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.96 million of 19.6% callable yield notes due Aug. 5, 2025 linked to the share performance of Apple Inc., Wayfair Inc. and the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid monthly.

The notes may be called at par on any quarterly review date starting Feb. 5, 2024.

The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 50% trigger. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
