Columbus, Ohio, June 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $11.5 million of 0% outperformance jump securities due June 27, 2024 linked to the performance of the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF relative to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The guarantor is Citigroup Inc.
If the Equal Weight return is greater than or equal to the SPDR S&P 500 return, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 12.5%.
If the Equal Weight return is less than the SPDR S&P 500 return, the payout will be equal to the outperformance return, which is the Equal Weight return minus the SPDR S&P 500 return. In this case, the payout will be less than par.
