New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.61 million uncapped return enhanced notes on three ETFs

Buffalo, N.Y., May 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.61 million of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due May 17, 2028 linked to the least performing of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

At maturity, if the least performing ETF finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.0745 times the return of the worst performer.

Investors will have full exposure to the decline of the least performing ETF if it finishes below its initial level.
