Chicago, May 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $483,000 of autocallable yield notes due June 17, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 5%, paid monthly.
The securities will be called automatically starting June 14, 2023 if the price of the underlying fund is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent monthly review date.
If the ETF gains or ends above its 50% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
