New Issue: TD Bank prices $2.26 million digital notes on SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.26 million of 0% digital notes due April 23, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above 88.3% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be $11,000 per $10,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will receive 27.6767 shares of the ETF.
