New Issue: Barclays sells $5.52 million buffered autocallable contingent coupon notes on SPDR S&P 500 ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.52 million of buffered autocallable contingent coupon notes due Sept. 27, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon of 10.55% if the ETF closes at or above its 85% coupon barrier level on the related observation date.
If the ETF closes at or above its initial level on any monthly observation date, the notes will be automatically redeemed at par.
If the notes are not redeemed prior to maturity, the payout will be par unless the ETF finishes below 90% of its initial level, in which case investors will 2.5503 shares of the ETF or the cash equivalent.
