New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.48 million capped dual directional buffered equity notes on S&P ETF

Chicago, March 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.48 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due March 13, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains the payout will be par plus the ETF return capped at par plus 24%.

The payout will be par plus 100% of the absolute value of the ETF return if the ETF declines but by no more than the 20% buffer.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the 20% buffer.

The securities are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
