New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.39 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to SPDR ETF

New York, June 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.39 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due June 4, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 114.2% of the return of the ETF.

The payout will be par if the ETF declines but finishes at or above its 50% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
