New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million autocallable contingent interest notes on three ETFs

New York, May 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 24, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, the iShares Russell 2000 ETF and the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.5%, paid quarterly, if each underlying fund closes at or above its 75% interest barrier on the related quarterly observation date. Previously unpaid coupons, if any, will be automatically included whenever a coupon is paid.

The securities will be called automatically at par if each ETF closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.

At maturity, the payout will be par unless the worst performing ETF finishes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing ETF.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
