New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.91 million 7.5% autocallable contingent interest notes linked to SPDR S&P 500

New York, May 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.91 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due May 9, 2024 linked to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7.5%.

The securities will be called automatically starting Nov. 7, 2022 if the price of the underlying fund is greater than or equal to its strike price and on any subsequent determination date.

At maturity the payout will be par unless the fund closes below its 60% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the fund.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
