New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.82 million capped buffered equity notes linked to two ETFs

New York, April 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.82 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 19, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing ETF gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the worst performing ETF capped at par plus 32.5%. The payout will be par if the worst performing ETF declines but by no more than the 15% buffer. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
