Credit Suisse plans digital plus barrier notes on SPDR S&P 500 ETF

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus barrier notes due May 19, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the fixed return of between 15% and 17%.

Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, the cash equivalent.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 14.

The Cusip number is 22552W3B9.
