New Issue: UBS sells $100,000 trigger performance securities on SPDR S&P 500 ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $100,000 of 0% trigger securities due March 16, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 116.256995% of any ETF gain.
If the ETF closes at or above its trigger level, 80% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
