AutoZone to price two-part sale of senior notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., April 4 – AutoZone, Inc. expects to sell fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying, redeeming or repurchasing debt.
AutoZone is a Memphis-based auto parts and supplies retailer.
