New Issue: Citigroup prices $936,000 dual digital securities linked to S&P, SPDR Gold trust

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $936,000 of 0% dual digital securities due Dec. 23, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the SPDR Gold trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each asset finishes below its final barrier level, the payout at maturity will be $16,258.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If either asset finishes at or above its final barrier level, the payout will be $232.96 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
For the index, the final barrier level is 89.861% of its initial level. For the trust, the final barrier level is 92.15% of its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
