Chicago, March 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $645,000 of 0% upturn securities due Oct. 27, 2022 linked to the SPDR Gold trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final fund level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the fund return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 10.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the fund.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
