New Issue: JPMorgan sells $800,000 autocallable yield notes on gold, silver ETFs

Buffalo, N.Y., June 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $800,000 of 5.15% autocallable yield notes due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the performance of the SPDR Gold Trust and the iShares Silver Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par plus coupon if each ETF closes at or above its initial level on any monthly review date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any ETF finishes below its trigger level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing ETF from its initial level.
