New Issue: TD Bank prices $5.81 million Accelerated Return Notes on SPDR Gold

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5.81 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due March 25, 2022 linked to the SPDR Gold, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 15.12%. Investors will be exposed to any ETF decline.
