Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $730,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due May 31, 2024 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and 18%.
Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial price or, at the issuer’s option, the cash equivalent.
