Credit Suisse plans buffered return equity notes linked to SPDR Dow

Chicago, March 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered return equity securities due June 25, 2020 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain up to a return of 10% to 12%.

If the fund falls by up 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is distributor.

The notes will price on March 21.

The Cusip number is 22551LZH6.
