JPMorgan plans capped buffered equity notes tied to Dow Jones ETF

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered equity notes due March 11, 2020 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 9.5% to 12.5%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be lose 1% for each 1% beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 27.

The Cusip number is 48130WUS8.
