New Issue: Citigroup prices $989,000 market-linked notes tied to index, ETF basket

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $989,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to an equally weighted basket of two exchange-traded funds and an index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF trust, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, capped at par plus 30%.
If the basket declines, the payout will be par plus the index return, subject to a floor of 90% of par.
