New issue: RBC prices $750,000 bullish buffered enhanced notes on SPDR Dow Jones, MSCI EM funds

Chicago, March 30 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $750,000 of 0% bullish buffered enhanced return notes due March 31, 2014 linked to a basket of two equally weighted exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying funds are SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 18.44%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
