New Issue: JPMorgan prices $410,000 uncapped return enhanced notes on three ETFs

Chicago, March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $410,000 of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due July 3, 2028 linked to the least performing of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
At maturity, if the least performing ETF finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.92 times the return of the worst performer.
Investors will have full exposure to the decline of the least performing ETF if it finishes below its initial level.
