New Issue: Barclays prices $415,000 barrier SuperTrack notes on three ETFs

Chicago, Dec. 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $415,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Nov. 2, 2026 linked to the least performing of the iShares Russell 1000 Growth ETF, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6125 times the gain of the worse performing ETF.

If any ETF falls by up to 70%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worse performing ETF.
