New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.74 million autocallable contingent interest notes linked to three ETFs

New York, Nov. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.74 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 6, 2025 linked to the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF Trust and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 11.35%, paid monthly, if each underlying fund closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of each underlying fund is greater than or equal to its initial price on any monthly review date starting May 3, 2024.

At maturity, the payout will be par unless the worst performing ETF finishes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing ETF.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
