New Issue: Citigroup prices $721,000 enhanced barrier digital plus notes on SPDR Dow Jones

Chicago, April 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $721,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Dec. 20, 2027 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above its 80% final barrier, then the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 23% digital payment and the fund return. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the ETF, payable in 3.00481 shares or cash at the option of the issuer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
