New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.01 million PLUS linked to three ETFs
Chicago, Feb. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.01 million of 0% PLUS due May 4, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF trust, iShares Russell 2000 ETF and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing ETF is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 188% of the return of that index. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
