New Issue: Citigroup prices $10 million buffered fixed coupon autocallable yield notes on Dow ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10 million of 8.55% buffered fixed coupon autocallable yield notes due Aug. 30, 2021 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if the ETF closes at or above the initial share price on any monthly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the ETF finishes below the 90% buffer level, in which case investors will receive 3.92369 ETF shares.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
