SpareBank details information for NOK 313 million of bond repurchases

Chicago, June 14 – SpareBank 1 SMN provided information regarding upcoming buybacks totaling NOK 313 million from two series of bonds, according to a notice.

The bank is planning to redeem NOK 255 million of bonds (ISIN: NO0010830755) at 100.074 and NOK 58 million of bonds (ISIN: NO0010835796) at 100.137.

After the bonds are repurchased, there will be NOK 245 million of the first issue outstanding and NOK 193 million of the second issue remaining.

Both redemptions will take place on June 20.

The buybacks are taking place in conjunction with the issuance of a new tier 2 bond issue on June 20.

The issuer is owned by savings banks under the Oslo-based Sparebank 1 brand.
