Olympia, Wash., Jan. 31 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $644,000 of 0% capped buffer participation securities due Aug. 2, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 15.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
