New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 review notes linked to three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% review notes due Jan. 12, 2021 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 6.5% per year if each index closes at or above its call value on either of two semiannual review dates. The call value is 100% of the initial level on the first review date and 75% of the initial level on the second review date.
If the notes are not called, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing index finishes below its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
