New Issue: Barclays prices $1.2 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.2 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 15, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 102% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
