New Issue: Scotiabank sells $10.15 million capped enhanced participation notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 13 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $10.15 million of 0% capped enhanced participation notes due June 1, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the index up to a maximum payout of $1,421.60 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
