New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.13 million buffer gears linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.13 million of 0% buffer gears due Nov. 13, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.36 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
