Chicago, Oct. 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.85 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 13%.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
