New Issue: Barclays prices $435,000 SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $435,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.321 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
