New Issue: Barclays prices $531,000 buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $531,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 17%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
