New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.66 million trigger jump notes tied to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.66 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index return and 27.63%. The payout will be par if the index declines by 35% or less. If the index declines by more than 35%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
