JPMorgan plans digital equity notes linked to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due June 9, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, which is expected to fall between $1,112.40 and $1,131.80 per $1,000 of notes and will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 12.5%.

The notes (Cusip: 48132FNM4) will price on Sept. 30.
