New Issue: UBS prices $2.03 million capped PLUS linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 18 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.03 million of 0% capped Performance Leverage Upside Securities due Jan. 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 14.04%. If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Distribution is through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.
