New Issue: JPMorgan prices $940,000 capped return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $940,000 of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Oct. 15, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 12%. If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
