JPMorgan plans notes due 2024 tied to basket of three indexes

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price notes due Aug. 30, 2024 linked to a basket of equally-weighted indexes including the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any basket gain. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the basket, subject to a minimum payout of 90% of par.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 30.
The Cusip number is 48132CL35.
