JPMorgan to price capped buffered enhanced participation notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Dec. 2, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount that is expected to fall between $1,090.90 and $1,106.80 per $1,000 of notes and will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index stays flat or falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48132FDW3) will price on Aug. 29.
