New Issue: Barclays prices $5.11 million lookback entry PLUS linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.11 million of 0% lookback entry Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The initial level will be the lowest closing level of the index during the period from pricing up to and including Sept. 30 and will not be higher than the index’s closing level on the pricing date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 16.8%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
