New Issue: Barclays prices $2.25 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.25 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 25, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, up to a maximum payout of par plus 32.5%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1.42857% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 30%.
